All shipping is done via UPS or Federal Express. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We do require a signature for any and all deliveries, and unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O Boxes. Please reference the chart below for the cost and the type of service available. You can choose ground (usually 5-7 business days if the article is in stock. Please note that it may be longer; we cannot control UPS) or Express (which is usually 2-3 business days if the article is in stock). Please remember that UPS does not deliver on the weekend or federal holidays. If you order 2-day express service it may take longer: 2-day express applies only to business days. Also, we can also ship your purchase as a gift to another party. At the present time, we are only shipping to the continental U.S. (48 states). Please note UPS makes 3 attempts to deliver a package, and on the third attempt the package is returned to Popular. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods. *Please remember that you are responsible for all shipping costs to and from Popular for exchanges and/or edited orders.

RETURN POLICY Customers have 2 weeks to return or exchange any unwanted merchandise. Any returned item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags still attached. Customers may choose whether they would like to exchange, receive a store credit, or receive a refund. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
